Gadi Levin, founder and CEO has over 25 years’ experience as a chartered accountant and has served as a C-class executive and director of at least 15 publicly listed companies in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. He has executed over 10 “go public transactions” in his career. In 2021 alone, Ninety Six Capital was involved in raising approximately $100 million on public markets in North America and the United Kingdom for 6 of our portfolio companies and successfully completed two up listings from the Toronto Venture Stock Exchange to the NASDAQ.
Gadi currently holds positions of CFO and director for several publicly traded companies in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. He has experience in management and strategy, financial due diligence and reverse take-overs. Gadi began his career at Arthur Andersen in South Africa, the United Kingdom and Israel. He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Cape-Town, South Africa and an executive MBA from Bar Ilan University, in Israel.
